Sam is not superwoman, but sometimes she’d love to borrow her cape (and her boots!). Now, she sweats out the heat in San Antonio, Texas, with her amazing husband, Justin, and their three young daughters, Flynn, Reese, and Bo. Before that, she spent her childhood in Georgia, moved to Montana for high school, and returned to the South to graduate from Auburn University in Alabama (with a short stint in San Diego, California and a longer one living at the gates of Disney World in Orlando, Florida). Sam is a former elementary teacher, current work-from-home mom, published author of RYAN REVISITED, forever Nutella lover, and she loves leading women’s groups that encourage each other. Her passion is words-reading them, writing them, and sharing them with the people she loves. And Nutella. Her passion is also Nutella.

How to Lose a Guy in Ten Seconds (or Less…)

I find those scriptures about the nagging woman so offensive. You know the ones, something about it being better to live on a roof, or in the rain, or on a desert camel (possibly not a direct translation) than with…I… Read more →

Back To School Prepping

As I stare into the bins of school supplies at Target, baffled by the fact that there seem to be seven hundred pairs of blunt tip scissors but nary a pair of pointed tip that every other mom around me… Read more →
